Public Offer

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer by ИП Шурубару Алексей Викторович (INN 920459335129, OGRNIP 320920400013667) — hereinafter the "Provider" — for services related to organising yacht tours. By submitting a request and/or making a prepayment, the Client confirms their acceptance of the terms of this offer.

2. Subject Matter

The Provider delivers a week-long yacht tour (charter of a yacht with a skipper) along an agreed route and dates. The exact scope of the service, the route, and the dates are fixed upon booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once a prepayment (deposit) of 15% of the tour price has been made. The balance is paid before the start of the tour within the agreed timeframe. Prices are quoted in US dollars; payment is accepted in Russian roubles at the exchange rate on the day of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

4. What Is Included and What Is Paid Separately

The list of included services and services paid for separately (ship's kitty, fuel, mooring fees, flights, excursions, meals) is provided on the "Prices and What's Included" page and is confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Terms

If the Client cancels the tour, the following terms apply (the amount withheld is calculated from the full tour price):

• 60 or more days before the start of the tour — the deposit (15%) is withheld; any remaining funds paid are refunded, or the booking is rescheduled to another available date at no loss;
• 30–59 days — 50% of the price is withheld;
• Less than 30 days — 100% of the price is withheld.

If the Provider cancels the tour (other than in cases of force majeure), the Client is refunded all funds paid, or is offered a rescheduling to another date by agreement.

6. Weather and Force Majeure

In the event of adverse weather or other conditions affecting safety, the skipper has the right to change the route, mooring stops, or schedule. Such changes made for safety reasons do not constitute grounds for a refund. Force majeure circumstances are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Liability and Safety

Guests are required to follow the skipper's instructions, the safety rules on board, and the laws of the country of stay. The Provider ensures a technically sound yacht and the availability of life-saving equipment.

8. Personal Data

The Client's personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Consent.
