Consent to Personal Data Processing

This Consent constitutes a separate document (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006). By completing the request form on the website tour-sailing.com and checking the “I agree” box, I, the data subject, freely, of my own will, and in my own interest, give my consent to the Operator to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

1. Operator

2. Categories of personal data

Name; telephone and/or messenger number; email address; information voluntarily provided in the comment field (desired tour, dates, number of guests).

3. Purpose of processing

Receiving and processing my request, contacting me, selecting and confirming available tour dates, concluding and performing a service agreement, and responding to my enquiries.

4. Scope of actions and methods of processing

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons specified in the Privacy Policy, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction — carried out both with and without the use of automation.

5. Cross-border transfer

I consent to the cross-border transfer of certain data to the extent necessary to notify the Operator (messenger, email), provided that the Operator complies with the requirements of Article 12 of the Law, including submitting a notification to Roskomnadzor.

6. Validity period and withdrawal procedure

This consent remains in effect until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written request to info@tour-sailing.com. Upon withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the data, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, that I am acting voluntarily, and that the data provided belongs to me.

Separate consent to informational and marketing communications (optional)

By checking a separate box in the form, I consent to receiving informational and marketing communications (about dates, promotions, news) from the Operator via the contact details provided. This consent is voluntary and does not affect the handling of my request; it may be withdrawn at any time via the link in the message or at info@tour-sailing.com.
